Amazing Vineyards

by Scott
(Missouri)

of 2008 that we decided to take a trip to the ever so popular Napa Valley in the San Francisco area.

I am personally a huge fan of the wine vacations. I had been to places like Augusta and Hermann; and however small they may be, the essence of each wine vacation is just unique.

Every wine county has its own qualities and charm. Napa Valley has wonderful wines, and I was simply stunned to see the amazing vineyards that were spread all over the place. We visited a lot of wineries and saw how they operate to present us with their best wines.

A few wineries also let us taste the fresh wine (alright, an oxymoron) and believe me, it was a lot better than I ever thought it would be. The very essence of this place, and the nature of people, had me hooked. It was the best trip to a wine county in a long time.

Before we left I picked up some food for the trip. The cheese and other products were the best that I ever had. They were exponentially better than what we get in NYC. If given a chance to go back there again, I wouldn’t think twice. It was a trip of a lifetime.
